Five stars aren’t enough. If you need a tuxedo in Vancouver, there is absolutely no reason to look anywhere else than Won and The Tux Store. The selection is outstanding, whether you’re renting or purchasing, and they have everything from tuxedos and suits to dinner jackets. But what truly separates this place is the service. Won is the epitome of customer service. He is knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Won makes the process easy, professional, and enjoyable, and you leave knowing you are going to look your absolute best. A really great experience. Won went above and beyond to make sure we got a suit that looked great. He truly cares about the outcome of your event and handles every detail as if it were his own. Won was absolutely fantastic to us in an extreme time crunch and stressful situation. I had ordered the suit for my wedding from another company too late, and it would not arrive in time. Won was the only person that could, and would facilitate an amazing rental for me in less than 72 hours notice. He had an experts eye and touch on his craft and was able to guide us on color schemes, contrast and overall styling. My wedding will be a much classier affair because of Wons expert help and dedication to being of service to us in a time of desperation. I would recommend Won every time, and will be using his services in the future.

Very happy with the black suit I rented. The quality was great, and I save money because I did not need to buy a new black suit. The custom button up shirt that I bought fit perfectly. Will definitely go back in the future. Won was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed as soon as I walked in.
